Gifs and Jpegs
When selected images for mobiles and androids on a PC you must consider which file type to use, either GIFS or JPEG. This is because if you have low broadband speed you need to lower your quality and reduce sizes which can disfigure and pixelate the image. Knowing the right file types to use will benfit well and help you have high quality images and load them fast.
When choosing an image from online to go on a mobile or android first save it to the desktop (or any place suitable) then bring it into Photoshop and reduce the sizes if needed, then save for web or devices. Here you can change the file type of the image and choose the amount of colours used, the speed of the load etc to benefit you. When changing the file type always try to save images with garadients and blurs to JPEG and block colours and simple designs to GIFS. Also PNG is good for keeping transparency and holding high quality.
